A Bicycle Master Plan for Beacon
We are demanding a Bicycle Master Plan — a comprehensive document that outlines a city's strategy to improve cycling infrastructure and encourage more people to use bicycles as a mode of transportation, by identifying areas for new bike lanes, routes, and safety improvements, often including detailed maps, design guidelines, and implementation plans to achieve this goal.

Fishkill Avenue Concepts Committee - Public Comment Meeting
Sunday 9th March @ 2-5pm at Industrial Arts Brewing
Learn what the committee has been working on for the last year, specifically zoning and Complete Streets (i.e. making the road safer for all modes of transportation—bikes, pedestrians, mobility scooters, strollers - and yes, cars too!) It is also another opportunity to voice your support for bike lanes, so we would like as many of you to come as possible. Let's show the decision makers in Beacon that there is strong support for bike lanes along Fishkill Avenue - for ourselves, our kids, and for the whole community!
